Engineering Orders
We provide Australian CASR Part 21M Engineering Orders.
Our EOs are accepted in the USA, Singapore, and PNG, via various international agreements.
Weight and Balance
We reweigh aircraft in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley, and Central Coast regions of NSW.
Offsite supervision of aircraft reweighs in other regions is an option for specially vetted clients. If you feel this could be you, please send us your enquiry.
We hold CAO 100.7 Weight Control Authority for approving all weight and balance data including load data sheets, trim sheets, and loading systems. Our CASA licences cover fixed wing up to MTOW 55,000 kg and rotorcraft up to MTOW 4,000 kg.
Modifications and Repairs
We have access to some of the best aeronautical minds in the country.
Our design experiences are vast, highlights including avionics upgrades, flight testing, cargo doors, camera holes, radomes and FLIR turrets, cabin reconfigurations, aeromedical fitouts, cargo nets, and much more!
We cover the full gamut of design modification and repair.

We take new design from initial scoping through preliminary design review, critical design review, prototyping, first of type, all the way to production.

Design Philosophy
"We are not dealing with industrial equipment here. Our factors of safety are not 20. They are merely 1.5! That means our aircraft have only 50% margin over their maximum in-service load to account for cracks, corrosion, aging, and abuse. So, in actual fact our in-service margins are lower and only reducing further with age.
Compounded by there being no endurance limit in aluminium alloys, we are always fighting a losing battle, as we watch the life of the structure slowly ebb away.
It's a miracle we can fly at all and one that only a few can truly appreciate. I hope to one day attain that appreciation.
